- Proof of identity (PAN card for Indian applicants and passport for foreign nationals);
- Proof of residence(not older than 2 months for Indian applicants, and not older than 3 months for foreign national)

- by Notary, Gazetted Officer, certified professional viz., CA / CS /Cost Accountant, with stamp and registration number.
- In case of an overseas applicant, the documents should be Notarised / Apostiled in his country of residence.
